Ragbee for Zoom

Your team's knowledge, answered inside Zoom Chat. Ask in plain language, get a grounded answer with the source document cited — no searching, no pinging coworkers.

1 · Adding the app

1. Open the Zoom App Marketplace and search for Ragbee (or use the install link on ragbee.ai).
2. Click Add / Install. Depending on your organization's settings, your Zoom administrator may need to approve it first.
3. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
4. Ragbee now appears in your Zoom Chat apps. Your organization's administrator connects your Ragbee workspace from the Ragbee dashboard → Chatbots page if not already linked.

2 · Using Ragbee in Zoom Chat

1. In Zoom Chat, find Ragbee under your apps and start a chat, or mention it in a channel where it's available.
2. Ask anything your documents can answer — "How much PTO do I accrue?", "What's the expense reimbursement process?"
3. Ragbee replies with a short answer plus the exact source passage, so answers are verifiable in one click.
4. Follow-up questions in the same conversation keep their context.

3 · Managing the integration

• Administrators manage documents, workspaces, and the Zoom integration from the Ragbee dashboard.
• Connect or reconnect Zoom under Dashboard → Chatbots → Integrations.
• Plans and billing live under Dashboard → Billing.

4 · Removing the app

1. In Zoom, open Apps → Manage (or the chatbot's profile) and choose Remove.
2. Zoom notifies Ragbee automatically.
3. Your account's personal data and chat history are deleted or de-identified within 30 days — see our Privacy Policy.
4. To also delete your organization's document stores, an administrator can request full tenant deletion at support@ragbee.ai.
