Docstore aims to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.
The service may rely on third-party providers, including communications, infrastructure, and AI providers. Docstore is not responsible for outages or limitations caused by third-party services.
Platform software, branding, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors, except for customer-owned data and content.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docstore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.
